		Mr Bhupinder Singh Jauhar is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also actively associated with leading educational institutions in Yamuna Nagar. Mr Randeep Singh Jauhar, Chief Executive Officer, has experience of over 24 years in the spring and suspension industry. He is an MBA in Marketing & Administration from California State Bakersfield University and M Com from Kurukshetra University.

Mr Pradeep Singh Jauhar, Chief Operating Officer, has been associated with the spring industry for over 22 years. He has considerable experience in tapered leaf springs and parabolic springs and looks after the operations of the company.
Mr S P S Kohli, Executive Director and President, head the Chennai Plant and looks after customer relationship in southern India. He has over 35 years experience in the spring industry.
The Jamna Group is professionally managed and has a large pool of senior technical professionals who have wide experience in research & development, engineering and production of springs using the best manufacturing practices.
